My name is James Poole and I’ve been in the construction industry for Four decades. I started from the ground up as a carpenter’s helper and progressed to the position of vice president and co-owner of a commercial construction company that helped build or remodel numerous Hotels, Hospitals and High-rise buildings throughout the Southeastern US. Along with my wife Joanna we also owned and operated a retail furniture store in NW Florida. After retiring from that Joanna and I moved to NC where I got a real estate license, but I soon learned that the world didn’t need another Real Estate agent it needed people to service and repair the homes that everyday people lived in, so I started a handyman business.
Along that journey there was one thing all of this had in common. Customers!
